Stops my leg cramps !
I take these every day to stop leg cramps. I generally take 5 to 8 capsules per day, one or two at a time, as needed. I do not have stomach problems with the capsules.

I’ve been using this iron for 8 years. I take 3 per day . I wish they had more strength selection having a gastric bypass surgery you need the iron.Overall I like it . Just wish there was more than 28mg .

Great Product!
For years I've had borderline anemia and this is the ONLY product that works because it has Ferrus Fumerate instead of Sulfate. I take it with vitamin b12 and also folic acid to help with the absorption. The dose is lower so I take it four times a day but I think it's easy on the stomach and I don't suffer from any of the side effects te usually accompany taking iron from taking these.
