New multivitamin for me
So far I like it. Doesn't have as strong of a smell as my previous multivitamin. Does have a little bit of a "revisit" when you burp, but not that bad.

THE BEST product in the category: 2 and a half months therapy at affordable price
In my opinion absolutely THE BEST product in the category and at the market for a very good price.
It contains everything you need in ideal quantities in only 1 capsule that is easy to swallow. Since there are 75 capsules that means you have supplementation that lasts you 75 days (2 and a half months)!

I have been taking Raw One for Women many years now. I appreciate the loose powder in a capsule form. Heavy tablets cause my system discomfort. My husband is now taking the Men's version.

Do these vitamins also have a bunch more ingredients, like herbs, for instance- ginger. They used to make a vitamin safe to take with medicine. Ginger cannot go with the medicine I'm on?

Best Answer:  Hi, if your concern is Ginger, Yes. There is a component within RAW vitamin called "RAW Organic fruit & vegetable blend" which indicates a small amount of organic Ginger (Root), also things like Organic onion (bulb), Organic garlic (bulb), Parsley leaf, Asparagus (flower & stem), Spinach (leaf), Tart cherry (fruit), Strawberry (fruit), etc...etc... there are many more fruits & veggies listed, but I think I answered you're question as it pertained to "Ginger". Hope this helped.

Best Answer:  My best reply is that you should ask Vitamin Shoppe and not a customer. The bottle says that Raw One for Women is vegetarian, but I don't know if there are any traces of nuts or not.

Can this vitamin be used by women over 50, I've used the vitamin code for women 50 & over and I love them, but they are to be taken (2) twice a day. I'd love to try Raw One, do they have a women 50 & over version?

Best Answer:  Other vitamins gave me a stomach ache. My son, a Vitamin Shoppe employee, said that these are easy on the stomach. That was years ago and I've been taking them ever since. I am 72 years old and take additional supplements after my son researches the science behind them. Fish oil and Ubiquinol and Calm are staples for me. I am on no prescription drugs and enjoy a robust, healthy life.
