I have been taking this for several years but this is the first time I bought it at the vitamin shop. It is just me in a digestion issue which would make me lightheaded. But taking ginger root seems to solve that problem.

Ginger Root soft caps are great!
This was my 4th bottle of them but I was in NC for the first three. Now I'm ordering them again in my new home, Nevada! They are great and I'll continue to get them from the V-Shoppe! Thanks!

Using for inflammation
I decided to try ginger root because I read it can help stomach issues. I have had a problem with constiptation for awhile and recently was wondering if it was caused by inflammation, I have also been dealing with adult inflammatory acne for about a year or so with no answers. I immediately noticed a difference with my acne, I am not getting as many break outs and the ones I do get do not hurt as bad, they don't get inflamed. I also notice a difference with my bowel movements, I do not feel constipated and do not have any more stomach pains. I'm not a professional so I can't say 100% it's the ginger root but I feel like it is! I will continue to take it every day (I take two 550mg capsules a day)

Excellent Product
I was getting nauseated a lot, so I bought this to help. It works great. I take it along with Slippery Elm Bark and Marshmallow Root. I don't have problems. I tried another brand and it did not work nearly as well.
