This helps my stomach from being queezy and helps my vertigo which is the main reason I take this product. I found this one to be the best. capsules are not so big and they are easy to swallow.

Best Answer:  Unfortunately, I have not realized any weight loss. I take ginger root for heel spur pain. It definitely works. I have used it for years. If I run out and have not taken it, the pain will return within a few days.
