Women Over 40 One Daily
I love Mega Food products and I normally take Balanced B and Blood Builder. Well I decided to try the Women Over 40 Daily and it ended up being the worst mistake I have ever made. First of all, the other vitamins that are in this supplements are in such small doses that I don't think it really makes a difference, for some reason my menstrual cycle is heavier this month than it has been in years, and something in this vitamin is making me itch. I really hate I wasted so much money. I should have just stuck with the B and Blood Builder!

Great Product
This is by far the BEST multivitamin I have tried. The pills are kind of big but are easy to swallow, no yucky aftertaste, and best of all no stomach upset! I have used these for about 7 months and have seen an improvement in my energy level as well. I will be reordering!
