Customers review summary

The Redcon1 MRE meal replacement delights customers with dessert style flavors and an oat forward texture that makes shakes feel like a real meal. Its filling blend of proteins, rolled oats and whole food ingredients mixes well for many customers, supports bulking with abundant calories and balanced macros, and sits easily on the stomach. A few customers note occasional grit, clumping or flavor shifts, yet most say it reliably fuels busy days and recovery.

"New and Improved"

This review was collected as part of a promotion

What is supposed to be "new and improved" about the new recipe? You literally get less sustenance per serving compared to the older version, all the while paying the same price. They even dropped in a larger scoop, so less servings. Did Redcon1 just give their original customer base the finger? Honestly I feel like I am being insulted with the "New and Improved" recipe.

New and "Improved?"

This review was collected as part of a promotion

MRE is my go to for protein shakes. However, I am confused by the "New and Improved" version. I fail to see how it is new and improved if the new version actually is providing less protein, less carbs, and less caloric value per serving than the previous version. All the while paying at least the same price. What is new and improved about it? Please break it down for me.

Shipping

I absolutely love these products but the shipping has become absolutely horrible. It took over a week for them to ship my order out and another week just to get here. Something needs to change especially paying $90 a week.

Taste okay - Gaons noticable

Taste is okay but I don't use it for the taste I use it for the gains. I have noticeable muscle gain compared to other meal replacements.

New recipe is bad

This review was collected as part of a promotion

They changed something for the worse. Not as many calories, carbs, vitamins or protein. Same price and one less serving. Different color and a bad aftertaste that tastes like chemicals. Very disappointed.

Used to be great!

This review was collected as part of a promotion

I have been using MRE Peanut butter Sugar Cookie for over two years and was extremely happy with the taste and mixability. I recently received a package and what an awful change. It no longer mixes well, it if very grainy or gritty and has a weird aftertaste. Will be looking for something different! So disappointed in the change.
