Directions

For a rich, thick shake, mix 31g (about 1 scoop) with 6-8 fl oz of water in a shaker or blender. If a shaker or a blender is not convenient, Isopure Zero Carb can be stirred into solution with a spoon.

Froth and Foam

The one thing I did not want it had, it was very frothy and foamy. I personally prefer more gritty and powder like then airy. The flavors are flavorless and bland. Just was not my thing, as had hoped. Got the chocolate and the vanilla and both have no flavor.

Item not as described

I ordered the advertised gray bottles of ice, pure vanilla, whey, protein, and received white bottles. This is a different packaging with different nutritional values. Very disappointed.

Formula Change is Terrible

The recent formula change has ruined this product. I couldn't get past how awful the powder smelled to even try to taste it. I've found other reviews mentioning the same so I'm on the hunt for a new protein powder.

This has been my go-to protein for over a decade.Just picked up a new canister and it's white.Asked staff about changes and they said it's just the outside remarketing.NO!This is a true change in product and now taste horrible. Will return and start looking for a different brand. I'll never understand why companies mess with what has worked for years.

Be aware if you order off this site, could be your fault if they send you the wrong one

You are taking a major risk ordering this for delivery from this site. Not only are you subject to them just sending you anything, when they send you the wrong flavor, instead of owning it and correcting it, then put the work on the people who made the purchase

Horrible taste

Absolutely disgusting. It tastes like you're chemicals. I've been drinking protein powder for decades this is by far the worst I've ever had. If it didn't have sucralose I'd understand, but it does. I had no idea how this has good reviews.

Well worth it!

Great flavor. I mix it with milk and put it in my nutrí bullet blender with some blueberries and it's fantastic. Has really made me feel better after my workouts. Prior to taking this I wasn't recovering but after purchasing this protein powder I feel great. Well worth the money.

Best Answer: Not sure how all the flavors are but I can say that the creamy vanilla doesn't taste good. I thought it would just be a regular vanilla flavored but turns out Its not. I would reccomend getting a different flavor than creamy vanilla.

Best Answer: No. One of the main reasons I chose this product is because it has 0 Carbs/0 Sugar and very low calories. If you take two spoonfuls, you're only getting 200 or so calories (and again, none from carbs/sugar).

I use this as a breakfast replacement by blending 2 cups of water, a scoop of nonfat greek yogurt, a scoop of the protein powder, and a cup of blackberries/rasberries...it's a great meal replacement, low in carbs, sugar, and calories...plus you get the protein to carry you through the morning. You could even add some almond butter if you wanted to boost the calories/protein intake.

Best Answer: You can definitely use milk. It will only add the nutrient factors of the milk to the nutrients of Isopure's protein powder. So it increases the calories and all the other nutrients when combined. I use unsweetened almond milk with my Isopure prrotein shake. And I also add fresh fruit, spinach and/or natural peanut butter to my shake as well. The combination profiles are endless.

Best Answer: I wouldn't rely solely on any whey protein, but I do use this religiously and notice the effects on body composition. Depending on my goals I mix 25g (one scoop) with 8oz skim milk, or 50g with water. But I only do this in between solid meals to keep the protein high. Makes a difference.

Best Answer: We use this in our morning shake everyday, 1 scoop, 1/2 daily amount. It still all depends on your body type and rest of your diet. I don't gain muscle or weight easily and haven't gained any. My partner bulks up easily and was gaining weight so stopped adding to his shakes.
