Have enjoyed these bars for several years now and Vitamin Shoppe is an excellent source for them at a great price. My favorite flavor is red velvet cake. There are so many to choose from it?s hard not to find a flavor you?ll like. Great quick breakfast with morning coffee.

Convenient Protein Snack
Quick, convenient source of protein, great flavor, the chocolate seems to have a slightly waxy consistency that gets stuck in my teeth. Overall, I like it better than most protein bars. Good variety of flavors.

What a Powerful Crunch!
I really love the Power Crunch Bars, and this flavor is the best, in my opinion! There is one warning I would like to give: If you don't have any self-control/will power, you may eat them all in a short period of time (I'm speaking, mainly, of myself), so you may not want to eat any of these bars until you have a substantial amount of self-control/will power. Oh by the way, these bars definitely increased my energy level??.

Yummy pillars of happiness!
