About This Product

  • Supports bone health
  • Suitable for everyday wellness seekers
  • Free of gluten, dairy, soy, and nuts

Everybody loves an underdog. When you think of strong bones, you probably think of milk or calcium. However, Vitamin K1 is the unsung hero of bone health. It supports strong, healthy bone formation by activating osteocalcin, which is a protein that binds calcium to bones.

This bone-building nutrient is found in leafy green veggies. If you don't consume enough of them, supplementing with The Vitamin Shoppe® brand Vitamin K1 is a smart way to support strong bones.

Directions

Take one (1) tablet daily, preferably with a meal.

Warning

Consult your healthcare provider prior to use if you are pregnant, nursing, taking any medication or have any medical conditions. Store in a cool, dry place. Keep out of reach of children. Tamper evident. Do not use if outer seal is broken or missing.

Needed for Surgery
I couldn't find this K1 vitamin in many places but I easily found it at the Vitamin Shoppe. It was on sale too. I got two bottles. This was a requirement requested by my surgeon to take before and after surgery. I'm currently 5 days post op. Still taking these. So far it has been very helpful.

Bone

I have been using this product for many years. I feel it helps to support my immune system.

Bones

can this product be given to my dog?

Best Answer:  I gave this to my dog after she had eaten mouse poison. First we had her vomit, then gave her this for a recommended number of days. She was fine. I must point out that I did not contact her veterinarian and tried to help her via google research. I found the correct dosage numbers and went from there. If I were you I would contact a vet to be safe. It was fine for my 15 pound cockapoo but it may not be for what you have.

Are these water soluble or fat soluble? I have a child with cystic fibrosis and he needs water soluble K1

Best Answer:  Vitamin K-1 is a fat-soluble vitamin - Theresa K. (VS)

Is this made in USA?

Best Answer:  Yes this supplement is made and manufactured in the US.

How large is the tablet?
