You might need to do one at a time as it will leak back out. Spraying in the nostrils helps kill the bacteria on contact in the nasal passages. It helps to then put your head upside down to let it flow to the upper sinuses. It burns like crazy, but just for about 20 to 30 seconds.

I used it for a sinus infection. I also took it orally to build the immune system. It worked wonderfully!

  the nasal spray is more effective for sinus infections than taking the Sovereign Silver orally. Taking the Sovereign Silver orally you are instructed to permit the under tongue area to bathe for a period of approx. a minute to absorb the silver trans-dermally (then you can swallow). You can do the same with your nose trans-dermally. If you spray 20 times in each nostril you will drown! Not good!!

  I use Silver Hydrosol Nasal Spray as a remedy for sinus symptoms. If the sinus symptoms are severe, I use 10-20 squirts a couple times a day for about 2-3 days. Most of the time this number of squirts ususally significantly reduces the sinus symptoms. I gradually reduce the squirts over the next 7 days to 3-5 squirts about 2-3 times/day.

(If the abobe stated number of squirts do not reduce the sinus symptoms after a few days, then I visit my doctor.)

At various times throughout the year, I use 2-3 squirts once daily for maintenance. This reduces the number of times that I suffer severe sinus symptoms throughout the year.

I usually use only one, unless I can see signs of an on-going inflammation. Then, I use two and I spritz two or three times per day.

It seems to work best after blowing the nose. Then, spritz, inhale via the nose, and the hydrosol does the rest. I find it works well without side effects.

If you use a neti-pot, use it first to clear the sinus area, blow your nose, and then spritz. Ah-h is what you will feel.

  I use 2 sprays each side in the morning and 2 in the evening as a preventive measure. When I go outside I use 2 sprays too. If I feel ill I use 3 sprays both sides every 4 hours. Experiment and see what works best for you. Each person is different.

  It depends on what you are treating. One per nostril per day should be sufficient however if you have a severe infection 2 squirts would be recommended.

  Well, I used it 3 or 4 times a day. Its good to put your head upside down - lay on the couch with your head over the edge or something - so the liquid goes up into the high sinuses. It burns like crazy for about 30 sec then it feels fine. Hold there for a couple of minutes if you can.

Also, restricting dairy & sugar is a great idea. Really clogs up the sinuses!
