I love this product. When I first tried it I was a little worried that it wouldnt work or it would give me horrible craps like a laxative would. This works great, I usually take it in the evening before I go to bed and it kicks in the next day usually around late morning or early afternoon. This product is very easy on my stomach, there is absolutely no cramping. The only bad this is they taste horrible but I learned to deal with it. I was constanstly backed and this helped my digestive system tremenously. BUY IT!!!

This product works amazingly! It's gentle and leaves you with NO sense of urgency...but does the trick. I have turned 6 members of my family on to this, all for their own reasons, and not a single one doesn't take it regularly now. It's wonderful, gentle yet does the trick without making you RUN!! Can't ask for more than that!

I am a 26 year old female struggling with Chron's Disease and Constipation which are two conflicting issues. I have been chronically constipated for over a year going to the bathroom once per week only with using heavy laxatives. I have seen countless Doctors and Specialists and taken natural medications, prescriptions, and still nothing works. I started Super Cleanse about 2 weeks ago and have seen such a huge improvement! I am going about every other day 2x per day!!! No cramping, no pain, just normal movements. I take 2 in the morning and 2 at night with a probiotic (Align). I hope this continues to work because if it does I may have found my solution!

I have tried & used MANY other (and more expensive) Cleansers for my over-all body/digestion health, and THIS Super Cleanse is absolutely fabulous! NO stomach upset, no cramps, no need to RUN to the bathroom and best of all.....normal, comfortable stools. When taken as suggested it will make and keep your elimination healthy and your system truly feels clean and purged!

It definitely works like it is supposed to. I am at the point of increasing the supplement to two a day, and I indeed have 2 bowels a day now. I am going to increase to 2 AM and 3 PM today. Being in the natural health field I know that 3 bowels a day is what is needed for healthy intestines. I also have been taking probiotics with this product (don't forget your probiotics!!) Illness and sickness starts from the digestion/intestines so I recommend everyone to start with these two body systems when they are beginning any kind of regimen! :)

Works well. I have had to take 3 at night and 3 in the morning for a little bit before switching to just 2 in the morning and 3 a night. No stomach cramps or pains. No feeling like I have to run to the bathroom and no gas! It's great!

Doctors have told me that I need to see Gastrointestinal Specialist and may require surgery because my gas pain was so severe that I feel like I am experiencing labor pains. As a matter of fact I spend 5 days in the hospital on pain meds because of my gas pain. Since I have been on Super Cleanse, I can eat broccoli, cucumbers, tomatoes, etc., and not have to worry about the side effects. Firm believer and I will continue to use it even if it says for temporary use.

I have suffered my whole adult life with constipation. I haven't gone to the bathroom for weeks at a time. I was also taken to urgent care and had x-rays done of my upper and lower intestines. I & my family have been using Super Cleanse for 10 years. It works well for everyone. Due to medication I need daily help with elemination, and Super Cleanse works perfect. I take 6 pills at bedtime and in the morning all is well. Instead of laxatives when my children need a little help, 2 pills at bedtime, and without any cramping they have a bowel movement the next morning. I believe it even helped to clear up my son's acne by eleminating toxins from his body! Fiber is very important to our all around health, and Super Cleanse is a gentle way to get enough.

I had chronic constipation for years until I tryed this product. Started out taking 4 pills a day and over time have reduced my intake to usually 1 pill per day during the week and 2 pills per day on weekends. I have been using this product for about 10 years now. All I can say is that it is the only thing I have found that keeps me regular without straining. I highly recommend it if you have chronic constipation.

I've been using this product for over 30 years and it's wonderful. I had my first colonoscopy 12 years later than I was supposed to and I was in perfect shape. No side effects and doesn't work like a laxitive.

I have been using Super Cleanse on an as-needed basis for a couple years and it works great. Make sure you drink a lot of water while using, as you may become dehydrated.

I've always been leary of cleansing products because I do have Irritable Bowel Syndrome and most products are too harsh. Even Miralax caused me a day of pain and cramps. But, since the price for this was so low, I figured I'd give it a shot.

I have been using Super Cleanse for years (even though the bottle says for short-term use). It works reliably without any discomfort (gas or cramping). It is the only fiber pill I have found without these features. I take two every night at bedtime and it always generates positive results the next morning. It does contain cascara sagrada which leaves little pigmentation spots inside your large colon. But I did my research before my colonoscopy to know that they are harmless. I highly recommend this great, reliable, predictable product.

I've been having a big problem for my constipation and have tried prunes, bananas, celery, and yogurt, but none of them worked as well as this product did. Whenever taking this product, I know that I'll have a bowel movement in the same or the following day without having a stomach ache, and that's great!
