Read the warning label
Warning label: this product can expose you to chemicals including lead, which is known to the state of California to cause birth defects or other reproductive harm.
Never taking this again. I will have to find something without heavy metals.

Works like a charm

Less for more now
This product is great and I depend on it maybe a little too much. I did see something I did not like. The packaging is different yes but the quantity is less now too. I bought a bottle last fall and it contained 100 capsules and now I see new packaging and the amount of capsules is now only 60. We are getting charged the same and the company is taking away 40 capsules. Why do we keep getting ripped off???

A must for daily relief!
Take it daily along with magnesium for daily relief. I'm a flight attendant so I am always bloated on the flight, and this helps so much and I have tried everything.

Best Answer:  I can't recall how soon it started working, but I have purchased it for a good friend who has had bowel prolapse and surgery twice. As long as she takes it regularly every day, she does not have any problem eliminating. Another older friend in Canada started taking it at my suggestion and swears by it, too. And this was after they had tried several other products. Another product to consider is Life Extension's Vitamin C-Magnesium crystals that I understand work almost instantly. Hope this helps!!
