Read the warning label
Warning label: this product can expose you to chemicals including lead, which is known to the state of California to cause birth defects or other reproductive harm.
Never taking this again. I will have to find something without heavy metals.

Works like a charm

Love the natural ingredients
I have used Cleanse More for about 3 months. I take it every three days, because it says not to take it constantly. I use other herbal things on the other two days. I have a good routine going now, and am able to eliminate 3 times per week. That is a big improvement!

Best Answer:  I can't recall how soon it started working, but I have purchased it for a good friend who has had bowel prolapse and surgery twice. As long as she takes it regularly every day, she does not have any problem eliminating. Another older friend in Canada started taking it at my suggestion and swears by it, too. And this was after they had tried several other products. Another product to consider is Life Extension's Vitamin C-Magnesium crystals that I understand work almost instantly. Hope this helps!!
