PART 1: Multi-Herb Digestion & Detox Support
This formulation contains a proprietary blend of herbs traditionally used to support digestive function.** This unique combination of botanicals works together to support optimum health and a feeling of rejuvenation.**
PART 2: Multi-Fiber Cleanse
Nature's Secret Multi-Fiber Cleanse includes a variety of fiber sources and complimentary herbs to support colon detoxification and help promote 2-3 bowel movements per day.** This proprietary blend of ingredients supports the body's own natural cleansing functions.** It is designed to promote healthy digestion and elimination.**

Directions

Multi-Herb and Multi-Fiber were designed to be taken together in the morning and evening. Start with 1 tablet of both products in the morning and 1 tablet of both products in the evening, increasing intake of both products by 1 tablet every other day until you achieve 2 to 3 bowel movements per day. Once you find the correct number of tablets, you can continue with that amount for enhanced internal cleansing. Do not exceed 6 tablets of each product twice per day. Take only as much product as is needed to achieve 2-3 good bowel movements per day. Drink 8 to 10 glasses of water per day. For best results, follow enclosed cleansing booklet.

Warning

Do not use if safety seal is broken. Check with your doctor before using this product if you are using medication, including diuretics, heart medications and corticosteroids, or have any medical conditions. Do not use if you have an intestinal obstruction, hemorrhoids or other intestinal disorder. Do not use if you are taking any other product concurrently that has laxative effects. Do not use if you may become pregnant, are pregnant or nursing. Do not exceed recommended daily intake. Not intended for use by persons under 18. KEEP OUT OF REACH OF CHILDREN. Store in a cool, dry place. Taking this product without adequate water may cause choking. NOTE: This product is not intended to be used without breaks. Cascara Sagrada belongs to a family of plants containing compounds with laxative effects. Can lead to dehydration and electrolyte loss. With long-term use without breaks, this ingredient may interfere with diagnostic imaging procedures of the colon. Taking a break of 30 or more days between use cycles will help maintain natural regularity. Not intended for long-term use. This product contains Cascara Sagrada. Read and follow the directions carefully. Do not use if you have or develop diarrhea, loose stools, or abdominal pain because Cascara Sagrada may worsen these conditions and be harmful to your health. Consult your physician if you have frequent diarrhea or if you are pregnant, nursing, taking medication, or have a medical condition.

I purchased this product based on the reviews. Granted it worked for some and not others. That's not unheard of. Great Detox product

All over it is a good cleansing product to get started with in removing toxic and waste that can cause pain and other issues. It helps eases away all the problems you are having in the body and bring its regular body functioning to normal. However I am not please with the false advertisement that it's says non-dairy and it actually has dairy in the ingredients. This needs to be corrected with clarity in stating. Where is the vegan product?

Don't give-up!

I would come home from work feeling pain all over my body. I ask Jesus to heal me, and two days later i got a call from my Chiropractor asking me to come in. He showed me X-rays of some guys colon and a book that showed this black tar that was removed from peoples bowels! Not so good

I have been on this cleanse for a week and while the cleansing properties of other organs may be happening, the intestines are not cleansing. Seriously get the vitamin shoppe brand. I have used it in the past and it worked better. I never wanted to spend the money on this and always went with the store brand so I decided to spend the few bucks and wish I hadn't.

Not effective

This product was too many pills and was less effective than other cleanses I've used. It seems more like a daily fiber regiment than a total body cleanse. If you want something to keep you regular, than this is better suited for that.

No change after 1 week

I stepped up per instructions (add 1 pill every other day until 2-3 decent poops per day). I have maxed out at 6 pills of each per day and this has yet to happen. I exercise and eat well already, and I actually feel more constipated than when I started. One week in, I will update if necessary.

Best Answer: This product does not make you run to the bathroom. I have taken this product for quite some time and it helps you go good in the morning but you do not have to run to the bathroom during the day. I never had a problem with this product regarding that. Jus t make sure that after 30 days, you go off of it for 30 days. 30 on and then 30 off. Alternate it this way and it works well.

I've tried this when I first got it and it made me feel anxious and when I feel anxious I eat more =/ so I stopped taking the product. But now I feel more dedicated to losing weight, going to the gym, eating healthier. BUT. sometimes I tend to crumble. Which leads to my questions, If I take this product and eat junk food, is that like REALLY REALLY BAD? Do YOU eat healthy all the time? or fall just like me sometimes? Also do you increase your intake like it says to? Because I just want to stick with 2/morning and 2/evening, that's it. THANKS!I drink a lot of water. 0.o

Best Answer: If you cannot stick to a proper diet while taking this product, you are wasting your money. Sorry. :-( The only way this will work is by exercising and eating right. If your body is trying to overcome the bad habits and bad eating, it doesn't have time to focus on cleansing you. Your body is trying to get rid of the junk. I do increase my intake, but do what is comfortable. 2 morning and night is good. Listen to your body. If it feels like it is too much to take more than that, then don't. I hope this helps. OH - and - you said you feel more dedicated now, which is good. Just like a smoker trying to quit smoking, you can only stick to your program when you really want to, not just think you should. Wait until you are ready.

Can this product give you a yeast infection? I saw it had Echineacea and that makes me get one in larger doses. Also I didn't see any dairy is that correct? I'm lactose intolerant.
