Who is Nature's Secret?
At Nature's Secret we believe that total body wellness is the key to overall health.
The conventional approach to health sees the body as a set of separate parts, each needing their own separate treatments. Take a look at the way our medical system is organized - from cardiologists to dermatologists, we have a doctor for nearly every body part. But nature has a well-kept secret....there is no separation between any of our systems. They are all intricately connected in a brilliant dance only nature could orchestrate. At Nature's Secret, we develop our products using this whole-body philosophy.
We understand, for example, that sluggish digestion can lead to low energy levels and shouldn't always be supported with caffeinated energy tablets. Our approach focuses on the origins of imbalance, not the signs of imbalance. This is Nature's Secret, total body wholeness and wellness.
Ultimate Cleanse®
On a daily basis our digestive system is faced with the difficult task of not only breaking down and absorbing our food, but filtering harmful chemicals and toxins found in our water and food supply as well. Ultimate Cleanse offers a unique,2-step program that gently works through the digestive tract with the body's own internal systems to cleanse and detoxify.**
The two formulas in Ultimate Cleanse are Multi-Herb Digestion & Detox Support and Multi-Fiber Cleanse. Each product contains proprietary blends of nutrients, designed to be taken together for best results.**
PART 1: Multi-Herb Digestion & Detox Support
This formulation contains a proprietary blend of herbs traditionally used to support digestive function.** This unique combination of botanicals works together to support optimum health and a feeling of rejuvenation.**
PART 2: Multi-Fiber Cleanse
Nature's Secret Multi-Fiber Cleanse includes a variety of fiber sources and complimentary herbs to support colon detoxification and help promote 2-3 bowel movements per day.** This proprietary blend of ingredients supports the body's own natural cleansing functions.** It is designed to promote healthy digestion and elimination.**

Directions

Multi-Herb and Multi-Fiber were designed to be taken together in the morning and evening. Start with 1 tablet of both products in the morning and 1 tablet of both products in the evening, increasing intake of both products by 1 tablet every other day until you achieve 2 to 3 bowel movements per day. Once you find the correct number of tablets, you can continue with that amount for enhanced internal cleansing. Do not exceed 6 tablets of each product twice per day. Take only as much product as is needed to achieve 2-3 good bowel movements per day. Drink 8 to 10 glasses of water per day. For best results, follow enclosed cleansing booklet.

It is the only product for cleansing I will use. It is gentle on my system and I like the fact it works in two ways.

It Works

I purchased this product based on the reviews. Granted it worked for some and not others. That's not unheard of. Everyone's body is different and responds differently to difference drugs, food, supplements, etc. I quit smoking two months ago and the resulting constipation and stomach issues were horrible. I never realized that was a side affect of giving up smoking. I wanted to find a product that would naturally relieve my issues and not create a sense of urgency where I had to remain…

Great Detox product

All over it is a good cleansing product to get started with in removing toxic and waste that can cause pain and other issues. It helps eases away all the problems you are having in the body and bring its regular body functioning to normal. However I am not please with the false advertisement that it's says non-dairy and it actually has dairy in the ingredients. This needs to be corrected with clarity in stating. Where is the vegan product?

Don't give-up!

I would come home from work feeling pain all over my body. I ask Jesus to heal me, and two days later i got a call from my Chiropractor asking me to come in. He showed me X-rays of some guys colon and a book that showed this black tar that was removed from peoples bowels! The book is called "Tissue Cleansing Through Bowel Management", As soon as i saw that book I knew what was wrong with me. It took 2 months for the process to work for me, taking one fiber and one herb twice a day slowly…

Not so good

I have been on this cleanse for a week and while the cleansing properties of other organs may be happening, the intestines are not cleansing. Seriously get the vitamin shoppe brand. I have used it in the past and it worked better. I never wanted to spend the money on this and always went with the store brand so I decided to spend the few bucks and wish I hadn't.

Not effective

This product was too many pills and was less effective than other cleanses I've used. It seems more like a daily fiber regiment than a total body cleanse. If you want something to keep you regular, than this is better suited for that.

No change after 1 week

I stepped up per instructions (add 1 pill every other day until 2-3 decent poops per day). I have maxed out at 6 pills of each per day and this has yet to happen. I exercise and eat well already, and I actually feel more constipated than when I started. One week in, I will update if necessary.

Ian AFeb 25, 2014

I received the UIltimate cleanse bottles ( multi fiber cleanse and multi detox cleanse) along with Green Tea fat burner 15 gels. I am not sure which to do first or how to proceed?

Michael K.May 10, 2014

Does this product make you run to the bathroom, or can you take it without having to worry about that?

A shopperJun 14, 2013

This product does not make you run to the bathroom. I have taken this product for quite some time and it helps you go good in the morning but you do not have to run to the bathroom during the day. I never had a problem with this product regarding that. Jus t make sure that after 30 days, you go off of it for 30 days. 30 on and then 30 off. Alternate it this way and it works well.

Charles DAug 9, 2013

No it does not make u run to the bathroom..it will help you have regular smooth bowel movements..will not upset your stomach....it will take a fews days to start working...just take one tablet a day from both bottles...you should start feeling better by the end of the first week.

AL KJun 14, 2013

this product keeps you regular, but does not make you run to the bathroom continuall like laxatives. It is not a laxative. I have been using this product for many years....hope my response helps.

I've tried this when I first got it and it made me feel anxious and when I feel anxious I eat more =/ so I stopped taking the product. But now I feel more dedicated to losing weight, going to the gym, eating healthier. BUT. sometimes I tend to crumble. Which leads to my questions, If I take this product and eat junk food, is that like REALLY REALLY BAD? Do YOU eat healthy all the time? or fall just like me sometimes? Also do you increase your intake like it says to? Because I just want to stick with 2/morning and 2/evening, that's it. THANKS!I drink a lot of water. 0.o

Agnies M P.Mar 13, 2013

Best Answer: If you cannot stick to a proper diet while taking this product, you are wasting your money. Sorry. :-( The only way this will work is by exercising and eating right. If your body is trying to overcome the bad habits and bad eating, it doesn't have time to focus on cleansing you. Your body is trying to get rid of the junk. I do increase my intake, but do what is comfortable. 2 morning and night is good. Listen to your body. If it feels like it is too much to take more than that, then don't. I hope this helps. OH - and - you said you feel more dedicated now, which is good. Just like a smoker trying to quit smoking, you can only stick to your program when you really want to, not just think you should. Wait until you are ready.

Does anyone know if you can use this on the low carb diet?

A shopperJun 6, 2013

The typical low carb diet is quite low in fiber, leaving many folks constipated. This product is perfect for correcting the problem. Be sure to drink the recommended amount of liquid daily to help any product of this type (or fiber supplement) work best.

Myrna KJun 14, 2013

Of course you can. There is no carb and no calorie in this product.
