Directions

Multi-Herb and Multi-Fiber were designed to be taken together in the morning and evening. Start with 1 tablet of both products in the morning and 1 tablet of both products in the evening, increasing intake of both products by 1 tablet every other day until you achieve 2 to 3 bowel movements per day. Once you find the correct number of tablets, you can continue with that amount for enhanced internal cleansing. Do not exceed 6 tablets of each product twice per day. Take only as much product as is needed to achieve 2-3 good bowel movements per day. Drink 8 to 10 glasses of water per day. For best results, follow enclosed cleansing booklet.

Do not use if safety seal is broken. Check with your doctor before using this product if you are using medication, including diuretics, heart medications and corticosteroids, or have any medical conditions. Do not use if you have an intestinal obstruction, hemorrhoids or other intestinal disorder. Do not use if you are taking any other product concurrently that has laxative effects. It Works
I purchased this product based on the reviews. Granted it worked for some and not others. That's not unheard of. Everyone's body is different and responds differently to difference drugs, food, supplements, etc. I quit smoking two months ago and the resulting constipation and stomach issues were horrible. I never realized that was a side affect of giving up smoking. I wanted to find a product that would naturally relieve my issues and not create a sense of urgency where I had to remain close to a bathroom constantly. It took about two days for this to start working. By day three I was down 3.2 pounds and my stomach bloating/cramping all gone. Bottom line - it worked for me.

THIS STUFF WORKS!!!!!
I honestly didn't know what to think initially, but my friend and I started a day apart and have been keeping one another updated and man oh man, IT WORKS!!!! We have been super regular and losing weight to boot. She is down 8lbs in 5 days!!!! I'm down 6. We feel better and energized!!!!

Great Detox product
All over it is a good cleansing product to get started with in removing toxic and waste that can cause pain and other issues. It helps eases away all the problems you are having in the body and bring its regular body functioning to normal. However I am not please with the false advertisement that it's says non-dairy and it actually has dairy in the ingredients. This needs to be corrected with clarity in stating. Where is the vegan product?

Don't give-up!
I would come home from work feeling pain all over my body. I ask Jesus to heal me, and two days later i got a call from my Chiropractor asking me to come in. He showed me X-rays of some guys colon and a book that showed this black tar that was removed from peoples bowels! The book is called "Tissue Cleansing Through Bowel Management", As soon as i saw that book I knew what was wrong with me. It took 2 months for the process to work for me, taking one fiber and one herb twice a day slowly increasing the dose. At the end of 2 months is was taking 10 of each (20) in the AM and 20 in the PM. The strong herbs slowly soften the waste in your (pockets) colon. I tried the "colonic way" but read many books, and decided the herbal way was the best for me. Also, i had a hot-tub and when i passed gas it smelled petrified. That's a huge clue that something been sitting inside you for many years! The main thing that gets us sick is NOT TAKING OUT THE TRASH! And not eating properly. When it all came-out of me, i lost at least 10 pounds (on the hopper) and my aches and pains went down too! I felt like i had just been born! And when the crud is removed, it took very little food to satisfy me because your body can now asimulate nutrients. I started losing weight like crazy! Not so good
I have been on this cleanse for a week and while the cleansing properties of other organs may be happening, the intestines are not cleansing. Seriously get the vitamin shoppe brand. I have used it in the past and it worked better. I never wanted to spend the money on this and always went with the store brand so I decided to spend the few bucks and wish I hadn't.

Not effective
This product was too many pills and was less effective than other cleanses I've used. It seems more like a daily fiber regiment than a total body cleanse. If you want something to keep you regular, than this is better suited for that.

No change after 1 week
I stepped up per instructions (add 1 pill every other day until 2-3 decent poops per day). I have maxed out at 6 pills of each per day and this has yet to happen. I exercise and eat well already, and I actually feel more constipated than when I started. One week in, I will update if necessary.

VERY PLEASED!
I highly recommend this product, BUT you do have to get past taking 6 pills in the AM and 6 pills in the PM with a full glass of water and at least 3 bottles of water throughout your day, and if you can do that, this is a FANTASTIC product. It has done wonders, and I feel so much better.

I received the UIltimate cleanse bottles ( multi fiber cleanse and multi detox cleanse) along with Green Tea fat burner 15 gels. I am not sure which to do first or how to proceed?

Best Answer:  This product does not make you run to the bathroom. I have taken this product for quite some time and it helps you go good in the morning but you do not have to run to the bathroom during the day. I never had a problem with this product regarding that. Jus t make sure that after 30 days, you go off of it for 30 days. 30 on and then 30 off. Alternate it this way and it works well.

I've tried this when I first got it and it made me feel anxious and when I feel anxious I eat more =/ so I stopped taking the product. But now I feel more dedicated to losing weight, going to the gym, eating healthier. BUT. sometimes I tend to crumble. Which leads to my questions, If I take this product and eat junk food, is that like REALLY REALLY BAD? Do YOU eat healthy all the time? or fall just like me sometimes? Also do you increase your intake like it says to? Because I just want to stick with 2/morning and 2/evening, that's it. THANKS!

Best Answer:  If you cannot stick to a proper diet while taking this product, you are wasting your money. Sorry. :-( The only way this will work is by exercising and eating right. If your body is trying to overcome the bad habits and bad eating, it doesn't have time to focus on cleansing you. Your body is trying to get rid of the junk. I do increase my intake, but do what is comfortable. 2 morning and night is good. Listen to your body. If it feels like it is too much to take more than that, then don't. I hope this helps. OH - and - you said you feel more dedicated now, which is good. Just like a smoker trying to quit smoking, you can only stick to your program when you really want to, not just think you should. Wait until you are ready.

Can this product give you a yeast infection? I saw it had Echineacea and that makes me get one in larger doses. Also I didn't see any dairy is that correct? I'm lactose intolerant.

Best Answer:  I am using this product and didn't have any problems. I took it for 10 days and then stopped for 10 days and then did it again. I don't know about the lactose. Hope this helps.
