TOO MUCH D3
Too much D3. 250 is too much for me so I need to get the vitamins you take 2 a day which I will take once a day.

Not For Me
I have had to stop taking this product because directly after my 1st pill I started to hurt in my lower right side of abdomen and my urine was very dark. Ok, 2 days and I stopped. Following week I started 1/2 a pill and same thing happened. Must not be for me.

Vitamins
I was lucky to get them! That's the only order I have received. I thought my diet was sufficient but the vitamins would be an extra boost. A blood test showed I was low on potassium. That is listed low on the label, so I can't complain!

Did you notice that your pee is YELLOW? I mean really yellow, stain your panties, yellow. I thought I had something wrong, but realized it was when I was taking this vitamin was the only time it happened. Just sayin'.
