Directions

Slowly combine about 2 tbsp with 4 fl oz of cold liquid, mix thoroughly, let stand for 1 minute, then add 6 fl oz of hot liquid and mix thoroughly.

Gummies
We make gummies out of the scoby from kombucha and use the gelatin in them. It doesn't work quite as well as the Knox gelatin but being that it is all natural/organic I will learn to adjust.

what is another word for . edible gelatin?

Best Answer:  No idea. It’s gelatin reduced to an edible form. Lots of boiling required to cleanse it and remove impurities. Then dehydrate. No flavour or taste to this one.

So I found this recipe for pain and it says150gr of edible gelatin
,put 5 grams of gelatin in a quarter cup of cold water let it sit overnight drink first thing in the morning
Do this for one month..I just don't know which to buy. They have so many on line.I guess I have to look for unflavored gelatin and see what happens. Thanks for the response.

Article: “Hollywood Homestead,Gelatin Showdown…” article compares the top ones and transparency with heavy metals, grass-fed, etc
Also, “mamavation” website tells you the cleanest ones also. She is against lead and heavy metals especially in kids products.
