Im a happy girl.
I'm so impressed with this product. I've been taking it for 3 weeks and wow. Being a 50yrs old and having the chest of pubescent teen all of my life it's nice to be able to reach and grab boob. Iv gone from having no boobs to having a full a cup. My nipples double in length and are erect all the time. And my areolas gotten bigger in circumference. I've been taking this product for 2 weeks and have yet to feel/see any difference. I'm hopeful that after 2 months I will see some results, as per some of the previous reviews stated. However, please don't let my 2 week disappointment stop you from purchasing and trying. I'm 37ys old and have nursed 2 children, both for 2 years. I have a lot further to go in improvement than someone younger or who hasn't breastfed before.

I didnt take them as recommended. I took 1 a day and sometimes I forgot but I usually took them with my protein shake or food. I wasn't trying to get big, I just wanted to normalize my hormones. The direction say do not take with caffeine or carbonated drinks. Does this mean no caffeine/carbonated drinks period? Or can you have caffeine/soda during the day just NOT when you are taking the pills? Thanks!
I would just be mindful to drink plenty of water to ensure you are pushing the caffeine out of your system. I didn't drink and caffeine or sodas during the first six weeks, but slowly began to do so. Just be mindful of how much you ingest.
I have used this with no problems even when I had morning coffee. I don't drink soft drinks. I didn't get desired results only used for 1 month maybe longer would work.

DOES THIS PRODUCT INTERFERE WITH BIRTH CONTROL?
i've been taking natural curves for 4 weeks and after the 1st week i noticed the difference in my breast but now they' have sort of droped again and seem more flabby.does anybody know why this would happen?
Have you been ingesting caffeine? Try just drinking water, or drink at least 2 cup of water after you have had any caffeine, this should help you. Do you workout? I know that working out or wearing a sweat vest will help you as well. Good luck to you!!

As anybody used this product that is postmenopausal? It said do not use caffeine products. Has anybody used them more than one month and drink coffee in the morning and get any results?

Yes, Natural Curves does work if you take it as directed. It is also is a great supplement for nails and hair. I totally recomend this product, I went from a very full B to a full C and it gives you that lift and confidence you need to look and feel great.
I seemed to get a little thicker around the middle and slightly larger on the top. Just wasn't enough to make my larger waistline okay. When I took it on an empty stomach, it made me feel a little dizzy. Eat with it and it is okay.
Yes it works! I originally bought it to balance my hormones (wild yam, etc) but almost immediately noticed an increase in bust size. Actually had to cut back a little! Love this product!

Does this product give subtle changes. What kind of results can I expect with this product? How long did it take to notice a difference?
Hi Emily,I purchased this product for my fiancee, so I can only give you the guy's perspective; but I imagine that still counts for something. First off, I did notice a change (which is always a positive with any vitamin supplement), but it was definitely very subtle. In an effort to try to make an honest assessment of the product's usefulness, I tried to not look for a change, but simply to take note if I naturally reacted to seeing one. Well, I never really SAW a change, but after about a month I could FEEL a change. I noticed an increased fullness and elasticity to the touch; the best I could describe it is as what I would imagine would happen if a girl with a decent-sized chest were to engage in a dedicated workout routine to strengthen the pectoral region along with an appropriate diet. My fiancee is 28 and has D-cup breasts (on the conservative side); I bought this product to help her preempt any oncoming sagging and to work in tandem with a more dedicated workout routine she and I decided to endeavor upon before we get too old to get it really good shape. In this respect, the product has been excellent so far, and I'm interested to see what the long run results end up being. I will say it is hard to tell for sure how much is attributable to the vitamins versus the workout, and also that the results I've seen in a pair of large breasts is likely not indicative of what would happen in the case of smaller breasts; indeed, I would venture a guess that in such a scenario the product would be relatively ineffective. One nice thing about this product is that it is fairly inexpensive and very innocuous; so worst case scenario is you try it, see nothing, and say "oh well, $20 down the drain". Hope that helps!

I am a 53 year woman, have trouble with irritibility, and also have been rather flat chested most of my life (am now about a 34B. I have taken some type of bust enhancement product quite a few years ago which did help to finally give me some cleavage. I would not recommend it. The only things I got from it were loose stools and breast tenderness and peeing like a pregnant woman. Definitely a waste of money. The smell of these is enough to make anyone gag.
We tried without success. Phyto estrogen complex ( vit. shop ) gave some increase from A to B cup.
