I purchased this product for my fiancee, so I can only give you the guy's perspective; but I imagine that still counts for something. First off, I did notice a change (which is always a positive with any vitamin supplement), but it was definitely very subtle. In an effort to try to make an honest assessment of the product's usefulness, I tried to not look for a change, but simply to take note if I naturally reacted to seeing one. Well, I never really SAW a change, but after about a month I could FEEL a change. I noticed an increased fullness and elasticity to the touch; the best I could describe it is as what I would imagine would happen if a girl with a decent-sized chest were to engage in a dedicated workout routine to strengthen the pectoral region along with an appropriate diet.

My fiancee is 28 and has D-cup breasts (on the conservative side); I bought this product to help her preempt any oncoming sagging and to work in tandem with a more dedicated workout routine she and I decided to endeavor upon before we get too old to get it really good shape. In this respect, the product has been excellent so far, and I'm interested to see what the long run results end up being.

I will say it is hard to tell for sure how much is attributable to the vitamins versus the workout, and also that the results I've seen in a pair of large breasts is likely not indicative of what would happen in the case of smaller breasts; indeed, I would venture a guess that in such a scenario the product would be relatively ineffective.
