The direction say do not take with caffeine or carbonated drinks. Does this mean no caffeine/carbonated drinks period? Or can you have caffeine/soda during the day just NOT when you are taking the pills? Thanks!

Best Answer:  I would just be mindful to drink plenty of water to ensure you are pushing the caffeine out of your system. I didn't drink and caffeine or sodas during the first six weeks, but slowly began to do so. Just be mindful of how much you ingest.

i've been taking natural curves for 4 weeks and after the 1st week i noticed the difference in my breast but now they' have sort of droped again and seem more flabby.

Best Answer:  Have you been ingesting caffeine? Try just drinking water, or drink at least 2 cup of water after you have had any caffeine, this should help you. Do you workout? I know that working out or wearing a sweat vest will help you as well. Good luck to you!!

As anybody used this product that is postmenopausal? It said do not use caffeine products. Has anybody used them more than one month and drink coffee in the morning and get any results?

Best Answer:  Yes, Natural Curves does work if you take it as directed. It is also is a great supplement for nails and hair. I totally recomend this product, I went from a very full B to a full C and it gives you that lift and confidence you need to look and feel great.

Does this product give subtle changes. What kind of results can I expect with this product? How long did it take to notice a difference?

Best Answer:  Hi Emily,

I purchased this product for my fiancee, so I can only give you the guy's perspective; but I imagine that still counts for something. First off, I did notice a change (which is always a positive with any vitamin supplement), but it was definitely very subtle. In an effort to try to make an honest assessment of the product's usefulness, I tried to not look for a change, but simply to take note if I naturally reacted to seeing one. Well, I never really SAW a change, but after about a month I could FEEL a change. I noticed an increased fullness and elasticity to the touch; the best I could describe it is as what I would imagine would happen if a girl with a decent-sized chest were to engage in a dedicated workout routine to strengthen the pectoral region along with an appropriate diet.

My fiancee is 28 and has D-cup breasts (on the conservative side); I bought this product to help her preempt any oncoming sagging and to work in tandem with a more dedicated workout routine she and I decided to endeavor upon before we get too old to get it really good shape. In this respect, the product has been excellent so far, and I'm interested to see what the long run results end up being.

I will say it is hard to tell for sure how much is attributable to the vitamins versus the workout, and also that the results I've seen in a pair of large breasts is likely not indicative of what would happen in the case of smaller breasts; indeed, I would venture a guess that in such a scenario the product would be relatively ineffective. One nice thing about this product is that it is fairly inexpensive and very innocuous; so worst case scenario is you try it, see nothing, and say "oh well, $20 down the drain". Hope that helps!

I am a 53 year woman, have trouble with irritibility, and also have been rather flat chested most of my life (am now about a 34B. I have taken some type of bust enhancement product quite a few years ago which did help to finally give me some cleavage.
