Too much xylitol
Beware if you are at all sensitive to sugar alcohols! The diarrhea hit me within a few hours after my first dose. I've never had issues with small amounts of xylitol before and the amount isn't listed on the label but maybe it should be. A diarrhea warning would be helpful at least. I usually use Nature's Bounty brand but they were out so I tried these instead. The taste is surprisingly good but not worth the severe diarrhea.

Biotin supplement on point!
I got the Natrol Biotin Beauty supplement (5000mcg) recently and I'm perfectly satisfied with the product. I've been using Biotin supplements for the past one year and I've noticed a difference in my hair and nail health. My nail edges are not as brittle as they used to be and my hair loss is lesser than it used to be. I was very satisfied with my supplements. I changed the brand of my supplements recently to Natrol and I still see my nail and hair health to be improving. So loving Natrol supplements as well. The strawberry flavor is very very mild. The tabs do not need water at all. Just keep them on the tongue and they immediately dissolve. Works very well.

These work !!
I?ve had nail issues for a while and since I have started taking these tablets I have seen a noticeable change in my nail health. The taste is great and I have not seen any side effects. I?ve also been sleeping better since. Very glad to discover this product !

Tasty supplement
I take a few supplements a day and really appreciate when I don?t need a tall glass of water to wash them down. These fast dissolving biotin tablets taste good and dissolve really quickly. Definitely recommend.

so far, so good
I've only been taking these for a short while - so it's too soon to tell how effective the benefits are for this product. But I can attest to the pleasant taste of the tablets. They dissolve, without leaving a weird aftertaste. I selected the supplement to help with the continued improvement of my hair, skin and nails.

Seems good so far!!
About 10 days since I started taking this and could see difference in my nails. No change in my hair yet. I will continue to update in a month or so. So far so good .. I?m happy with the results so far!!

Better looking hair
I can see some difference in my hair and nails after daily this daily. It does not have a bad taste so it is easy to take. I recommend trying the Natrol biotin tablets for better hair and stronger nails.

Works Nice
The Natrol Biotin Extra Strength Strawberry Fast Dissolve Tablets 5000mcg has a that great flavor of strawberry I like it. It made my nails grow fast the next week after taking it for a week. My nails were brittle for a while, but these biotin make it stronger. My hair has no change yet so will have to see a bit longer. It is dissolve fast which is pretty nice. It makes my skin looking better and nice and it gave me energy as well. I like these tiny small tablets that I am going to buy them some more when I finish them and I do recommend them to others.

This Natrol Biotin Extra Strength Strawberry Fast Dissolve Tablets 5000mcg great vitamin for hair, skin and nails. Great biotin!
This is a great biotin. Works exactly as advertised! Tart strawberry flavor, dissolves quickly, and really works. I?ve noticed both my hair and nails growing faster and stronger. Highly recommend, if you?re looking for a good biotin!
