Do you have to drink it right away for effectiveness or thought the day?

  I drink it right away usually. In any case I drink it within an hour after mixing it. I have never tried drinking it throughout the day, but it sounds like an interesting idea. If I did try that, I probably would keep the beverage in refrigeration.
