    Add 2 ½ cups of Super Mass Gainer to 24-32 fl. oz. of water or 32 fl. oz. of whole milk. Blend for 30-45 seconds. Add ice cubes, fruit or other ingredients as desired and blend for an additional 30-45 seconds. Note: Using milk will provide a thicker, creamier, higher-calorie shake.     TASTES GOOD!

    good product BAD scooper
    the product works very well but the scoop is crap. you barley have enough room to get the scoop out of the container. if you do good luck not spilling some of the product trying to get it out.

    either shrink the scoop or make the mouth of the opening bigger.

    make my own chocolate flavor
    I waited for some time for the chocolate flavor to be in stock, finally gave up and ordered the vanilla so now I add my chocolate syrup. Not quite the same flavor but gives it good color and a little extra taste

    Loved this product!
    I began using this product some time ago. I quickly fell in love with the taste, by far the best tasting vanilla I have found, yet! On top of the great taste I enjoyed the results, I quickly put on my first twenty pounds and felt excited about my future use of this product.

    At the time I began using this product it was much more expensive and have since tried a few, similar, products. I have found some that taste almost as good and some that make me feel almost as good as this one, but never have I found anything that compares. Not yet any way.

    I recommend this to anyone looking for a mass builder. With the lower price, the taste, the feel, and the results... Top of the line product!!!

    I wouldn't buy again only because I seen no results
    I purchased this product with gaining weight as my goal. I put zero weight on. I am a female age 26 weight 115. I was very pleased with the taste though and if I would have seen results I would most definitely purchase again.

    So far so good
    I've been using this for a few weeks now, and to be honest, the way I mixing other ingredients, I actually look forward to these shakes. The vanilla is a good flavor, and the biggest thing I do is use the recommend whole milk, but I also through in a couple scoops of ice vanilla ice cream and chocolate syrup, and it is delicious. This is my second jug with Dymatize brand, and I had good success gaining my first 30 pounds. Round 2 is in the process.
