Micronized free-form amino acids are single amino acids that are already in a pre-digested form for faster absorption by the body.

Nitric oxide plays a key role in exercise endurance because it’s a vasodilator. A vasodilator is a substance that supports the dilation of blood vessels for increased blood flow.

Mix two scoops of ESSENTIAL AMINO ENERGY in 10-12 fl oz of cold water. FOR PRE-WORKOUT ENERGY SUPPORT: Take 2-6 scoops 20-30 minutes before training. FOR POST-WORKOUT AMINO SUPPORT: At least 4 hours after initial pre-workout dose, take 2-4 scoops after training. DO NOT EXCEED 10 SCOOPS WITHIN ANY 24 HOUR PERIOD.

GREAT energy boost!
Been drinking AMINO Energy for 10 years every AM...used to use as a pre workout. 4-6 scoops and WOW! great, long lasting energy...now I do 2 or 3 scoops just for the caffeine and the aminos. Although I love this product. I am moving away from chemicals and additives... plus, it doesn't contain Tryptophan...one of the essentials. I know it was banned awhile back from supplements...but I have found a product that does contain it and cleaner ingredients. Still a 5 STAR product for taste and energy. Watermelon and Orange are my favs. Orange mixed with Vanilla bone broth protein is delicious.

Effective and taste refreshing
Provides energy in-between workouts and focus. Taste refreshing which is important because I do not like chemical taste. Highly recommend for sustained energy.

Taurina is not for everyone
I try this product and it’s really powerful for workouts, but the effect on my heart was immediately. At night, when try to sleep my beat was like a drum inside my chest . I hear about the effects of the Taurina but never imagine is going to be like this

Great wake-up or pre-workout
I’ve used Amino Energy for probably 5 years by now, and I think it is the best “energy drink” for the money. One scoop in the morning in a large glass of water helps me wake up much faster without causing nervousness, shakiness or the jitters like the canned stuff found in gas stations, while being easier on the stomach than coffee. It does a great job helping me physically wake up for a good workout in the morning, and I will occasionally have a glass with a 1/2 to full scoop in the afternoon if I’m really dragging. While it does a decent job of sharpening my mental acuity, I took off one star as that is the area where Amino could improve. I have had another product from Vitamin Shoppe with better nootropic effects, but at a considerably higher per-use cost. I have found nothing better though at this price level, and have recommended it to others, with positive results.

Very tasty, keeps me focused
This tastes wonderful. Although I have only tried the blue raspberry and the blueberry lemonade flavors. But I’m confident that all the other flavors will taste good as well. It keeps me energized and focused throughout the day. I fill up a 32 oz bottle, add 4-5 scoops and sip on it through the day. Doesn’t make me jittery, and I have no caffeine high that I can’t get to sleep at night. My only complaint is that I wish it didn’t have all that color dye in it. Especially the blue dye. Do a google search and see how terrible it is for you. Other than that, this product is great and I drink it daily. The 62 oz container lasts a good month.

Great combination
Great taste and love all the aminos it provides. I have been using it for about a year now. I have tried a few others but this has a better taste the combination of aminos is better than some.

Awesome Product
The Orange Cooler is my favorite flavor. I am reminded of the orange Kool-Aid I made as a kid but without gobs & gobs of sugar. Pineapple taste great alone but mixed with Orange Cooler and my taste buds explode. By the way, I put Mocha Cappuccino, plant milk, protein powder and ice in a shake cup to stay away from those coffee chains it is mighty tasty.

I am 61, very active with an auto immune disease that causes me to feel exhausted all the time. By the way, I have a restraining order against Coke, Pepsi and other sugar loaded beverages. Amino Energy is one of my go to supplements that gets me through my workouts and routine daily activities. I control the caffeine by the number of scoops I use and I like this a lot!!
