Capsules -- not tablets
These are capsules, though they were advertised as tablets, which was what I wanted. Other than that, they're fine. I appreciate that they're derived from natto.

The most neglected vital vitamin
Vitamin K2 as MK-7 is the most neglected and rarely mentioned about the great benefits in our health and longevity by mainstream medical media. The one of the most important benefit of this vitamin is the inhibition of calcification inside our blood vessels and instead redirection the calcium into our bones where it?s really needed. The other huge benefit is Vitamin K2 stimulates the absorption of vitamin D3 which is so important to keep our immune system strong.
