Directions

Best Answer:  Yes, it is a calming supplement, also try L-Theanine for anxiety and 100 mg B- complex supplement...... Hypoglycemia can also cause schizophreni, the shakes, insomnia, ect. It is the opposite of diabetes. High blood sugar vs. low blood sugar...there are several books about it. Some people are born with it and others can cause it to themselves by too much sugar intake.... alcohol especially. Eating frequently helps....small little snacks every two hours... even just a cracker. One of my teachers was so bad she could not even eat a whole apple at one time. Please just look into it, buy a book on HypoGlycemia it will really enlighten you

Best Answer:  No. It's a very good relaxant. If you take it a couple hours before sleep, you get a good nights sleep. I like it. I'm glad it's back on the market.
