      Take twelve (12) capsules daily in divided doses with meals, or as recommended by a healthcare practitioner.

      Warning

      Temporary flushing, itching, rash, or gastric disturbances may occur. Liver function testing is recommended when niacin is taken in excess of 500 mg daily. Those with gout or liver diseases should avoid taking high doses of niacin. Consult with your doctor before using this product if you are taking anticoagulant medications. Individuals consuming more than 50 mcg (2,000 IU)/day of vitamin D (from diet and supplements) should periodically obtain a serum 25-hydroxy vitamin D measurement. Vitamin D supplementation is not recommended for individuals with high blood calcium levels. Individuals with in-born errors of copper metabolism (e.g. Wilson's disease) should avoid daily, chronic use of this product. Keep out of reach of children. Do not exceed recommended dose. Do not purchase if outer seal is broken or damaged. If you hae a bad reaction to product discontinue use immediately.       I keep coming back to LE mix.
      I have been a customer of LEF for decades, yes decades. I stray and come back, the mix dose used to be 9 caps per day but they added new isolates and upped the dose to 12 per day, 4 caps 3x day easy. I don't always eat as well as i should, as these give me a bit of grace on my dietary intake. 63yo, and still have 30yrs of living to do, after that I will rest, so lets get on with it.

      Way too much
      First I took 6 of the 12 pills that are a dose and I had heart palpitations and couldn't sleep. I then tried 3 and still couldn't sleep. Yesterday I took 1 pill at 0930 and at midnight I still couldn't sleep. I hate that I spent so much money for these vitamins and am not able to take them.

      Best Answer:  The capsule is made from gelatin derived from fish bones (tilapia). That's the only any bi-product that I'm aware of in this formulation.
