    I take magnesium glycinate to
    I take magnesium glycinate to aid in sleep and digestion. So far taking a lower dose with this product seems to help me to not have a colon cleaning day every day. I appreciate that this is 3rd party tested as magnesium can have some sketchy sources. As far as sleep goes it is helping me to have restful sleep.

    These mag capsules are excellent. The caps aren't difficult to swallow, and I haven't got any digestive issues since using them. I feel that they are a clean, trustworthy source of magnesium and I am very happy with this brand and the price was very good as well.

    Berberine lowers the glucose spike
    Good quality, no problems. No stomach upsets. Berberine helps to decrease the glucose spike especially if protein is eaten first in a meal.
