Magnesium Gummies are a delicious way to provide your body with magnesium, one of the most important minerals in the body. Research has shown that up to 80% of Americans are deficient in magnesium! During times of elevated stress or strenuous physical activity, you may want to replenish your body with additional magnesium.

Directions

Children ages 4 to 12: chew 1 gummy per day. Ages 13 and older: chew 1 gummy up to 4 times daily alone or at mealtime. Store in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight. Gummies may stick together in warmer climates, but this does not affect the potency, quality, or efficacy of the product. For best results: Spread serving size into multiple servings throughout the day.

Taking too much magnesium at once may cause an undesired laxative effect. If this occurs, simply reduce number of gummies per serving.

Change in flavor/texture
Have used this product for over two years and always loved it until this most recent bottle. It appears that the formula or production process has changed. The flavor is now overwhelming and the texture of the gummy is gritty and off putting. Hoping this is just a bad batch and not a decision to change the product. Sent an email to support and hoping to hear back.

Texture has changed
I've enjoyed the magnesium gummies for years and have rated them 5 stars in the past. For some inexplicable reason, they have changed the texture and they no longer resemble proper gummies. I really dislike them now and can get this texture gummy anywhere. I doubt I'll even be able to finish the bottles I purchased and am actively looking for a replacement.

Watermelon Was a Yes!
I actually like the watermelon flavor of these gummies! I never had the old recipe, but I enjoy how subtle these gummies are.

Terrible taste and consistency.
The new formula is awful. Wish I could give it no stars. The watermelon flavor now has a powdery consistency and a sour taste. We've used these for years and are so disappointed in this change. They are absolutely disgusting now.

Formula changed
I don't know why the formula changed. It was an excellent product before. I canceled my subscription because of this. When I saw that the abel changed, I knew I would have issues with this product. I took it twice from the new label bottles, and both times my stomach became upset. I hate when companies mess up a good product changing the formula. I now have to toss these in the trash and buy a different brand.

Really bad taste
These are kind of sticky, even with a sugar coating, but the label does warn about that. However, my main complaint is they taste terrible! There is a decent peach flavor at first, but it quickly gives way to a chalky, artificial-tasting aftertaste. I don't expect my gummies to taste like candy, but they shouldn't taste bad!
