Zero stars! Worst melatonin I've ever tried. I THINK ITS JUST OIL. I didn't feel a thing. I wanted to return but had already thrown out my receipt so thought I would share my displeasure on their site.

Perfect for smaller doses
Our bodies naturally make a very small amount of melatonin, so I?m thrilled to find a product that lets me get closer to a physiological dose. Plus the liquid form allows us to back off the amount when we want to take a break.

price not worth quality
The quality sleep is not like a traditional melatonin liquid that has more melatonin per dropper full. This one has you consume 3 doper full for the same effect as the one this store used to carry and that one had 3mg melatonin per droper full. The flavor is overly sweet.

addictive!
This does not list sugar as an ingredient but it's very sweet and delicous! I have always read that 1 mg of melatonin is MORE effective than say 3 or 5 mgs. I do think it helps with sleep, but also their brand of 'sleep support' is good, and 'sleep snooze' is all herbs which I also use!! I take alot to sleep!

Better sleep with the Liquid
I have found that the liquid works better than than taking the melatonin in pill form. I can use less and am getting better sleep. If you have used melatonin in pill form and have been disappointed, try the liquid form.
