Would like it a bit more frontloaded
(1) For me, not enough immediate release melatonin to get to sleep
(2) For me, this makes me groggy in the morning
(3) However, it does improve sleep quality longer than regular melatonin
Wish it could have a bit less timed-release and a bit more immediate release.

I never have trouble falling asleep? but when I do wake up? even when just rolling over?. I have a difficult time falling asleep Back to sleep! Not since I've started taking these!!! I'll never be without them now!
