Just ok.
They do taste good, easy to chew and swallow, and they do help with calming my body and falling asleep, but I have noticed that after just a few good hours of sleep, I am wide awake. Will probably just go back to taking magnesium before bed. That seems to work much better for me.

Great Product
Easy to use for travel. It has a good taste and it works well for me. Results in sleepiness quickly for me which is what I was looking for in a product. Am signed up as a subscriber because of the results! I am able to quickly fall asleep with just these gummies.

B6 overload
Unfortunately I cannot take these at the recommended dose as I did not realize there are 40mg of vitamin B6 . That is overload for me as I take the liquid vitamins which already contain B6. I ended up having toxic levels of B6 from too many supplements. Would love it if these came without the B6. They taste good and one seemed to calm and relax me a bit so I'm sure 2 would work perfectly. Very frustrating and I do not now how I missed the B6 , my oversight.
