Directions

Mix (4) scoops of MRE with 14-16oz of water or your favorite beverage. Shake well and consume. Any time of day as a high protein, complete meal replacement.

First Time Buyer - Very Impressed
As a meal replacement shake, I find that this new formula (which many were complaining about) is super smooth and delicious. It tastes just like cookies and allows me to have a nice small meal when I'm at work and nothing good is available to buy.

Used to be high quality, now HFCS junk
As recently as late 2023, was an excellent product, unfortunately this company has added High Fructose Corn Syrup and other cheap ingredients (artificial flavors and sweeteners), and they abandoned high Quality, for ma$$ market Quantity. Will have to find something else that is quality and not cheap junk. Flavor is now terrible, very gritty, makes me bloat up like a balloon. The prior product version did none of this and was tasty.

Not the same as before
Ever since the new label, I notice they also changed the flavor for the worst. Use to be very good tasting. Most companies eventually make a name for themselves and overtime accumulate customer then make things cheaper.

High Fructose Corn Syrup
What is high fructose corn syrup doing in here? I've seen sucralose in other but you're using both? Also is this wild caught or farmed salmon?

As another reviewer said, flavor changed and not for the better. Last package of this flavor I loved, this one is going to be hard to get thru.

Great addition to my daily food intake
I have been using this stuff for years. I use it diversely - shakes, waffles/pancakes, and protein bars. I don't use it as a meal replacement but as a snack or additional source of macronutrients. I use 1.5-2 scoops (about 1/2 serving) daily, and I blend them with MRE LITE to balance macros to match what I need.

Excellent meal replacement product
Outstanding meal replacement & protein powder. Oatmeal chocolate chip is the best flavor. Yes, it has a kind of grittiness because it's relatively high in fiber and is made from whole food sources (according to the label). I've come to prefer the grittiness as part of my MRE routine.

Best Protein Option!
MRE is undeniably the best tasting protein on the market! I have tried every other kind there is and always come back to this! The grittiness described in an earlier review? (THATS THE REAL ROLLED OATS!) which adds an amazing flavor and consistency to it! I have sensitive stomach, take 6 Scoops (not just 4) and MRE always digests well. Idk who would ever review this horribly. Go and try it Yourself, you wont be disappointed!!!
