After I received the product, I noticed that the instructions are poor. There are six capsules/day and there's no information if you take all six at once or two in the morning, two in the afternoon two at night. Then I looked online and there's a mention that you don't need to take all six in the same day you can ramp up slowly if you're concerned about taking all six. But no mention of why you would be concerned to take all six. I reached out to customer service over a month ago and there has been no response. So I have not started the product and I will cancel my subscription. Odd that they send me an email asking for a review. Let's see if they publish it.

The premise is to take the Senolytic on 2 consecutive days each month, so this isn't a daily supplement. I read more on Qualia's site as well as from Dr. Hyman's site. Ordering was a breeze. Product was delivered the following day. I am going to start with my first dosage tomorrow! So excited!

I just completed my fourth month on this product. Prior to taking them I consulted with my doctor. He said give it a try, especially if it can help you lose visceral fat. No the product did not claim that it did that but when I hear it removed dead cells aka Zombie cells, I had to try it. The first month I felt emotionally better and my sleep went from 5 hours a night to 7. There was no major loss of fat but it took me years to accumulate the fat, I can't expect it to be gone in 30 days. So I continued with month two and three each month feeling better than the last. Today I saw the doctor and he reviewed my blood work. He was amazed and frankly so was I when we saw a significant loss in cholesterol, liver numbers were all great, and I had lost 2 inches of stubborn flabby stuff off of my midsection. My sleep is now 7-8 hours per night and my overall outlook is more positive than before. I just ordered my next round of this product. I'm sure it's different for everyone but for me it is AMAZING!

It did not do anything for me, but this is subjective to each person taking this, so your body may have a different reaction. However, a box is only two doses that needs to be taken each month, so one box a month, and if like me you live in Canada well your price goes way up because you have to pay border fees, so make sure you are home or the package will not be left at your door. So inconvenient, and too rich for my budget.
