Relaxium Capsules
I've been taking the Relaxium capsules for over a year now and have been very pleased. Unlike other sleep aides such as Diphenhydramine, Relaxium does' leave you feeling groggy in the morning and they are very easy on your stomach. I can highly recommend this product.
