Buyer beware
Relora Calm caused an extreme ringing in my ears. Thankfully it went away after discontinuing it?s use. Didn?t provide any benefit at all.

Amazing
Was having some anxiety and insomnia and a cold belly with some fat build up. This helps relaxation and calmness, and I’ve lost 3” waist size in a month on it. Take Relora in am and Relora Calm pm.

Will always have on hand
After hearing about the positive use of magnolia bark for sleeping on an episode of "The Doctors", I began a search for it , looking in many pharmacies, searching online, and making phone calls. Finally when talking to a Vitamin Shoppe clerk, I was pleased to find magnolia bark in both "Relora", and "Relora Calm" (also not with ingredients that many sleep aids have that interfere with other medications), as Vitamin Shoppe products. Both products have often helped me to fall asleep. "Relora Calm" has more of a relaxing effect on your whole body as well. It's a great alternative.

Brilliant
This product has a formula containing substantially researched components that assisted in the relief of my stress, anxiety, GI upset, effective attentiveness, and mood. Overall, I felt the sense of well-being/relief helped reduce fatigue caused by my stress, increased motivation and helped me feel more "normal." It was also great for coming off strong prescriptions for anxiety and pain. Quality and benefits offset the price for me.

Finally!
My new job was causing me to have a huge amount of stress that resulted in chest pains, head poundings, and very little sleep. My first dose of Relora Calm resulted in the most amazing sleep ever!! Then, over the next few days, my stress level at work became much more manageable and the head poundings and chest pain stopped. It also helped my son who has a lot of anxiety issues.

Best Answer:  Generally, take it an hour before bedtime to help with relaxation & sleep. However, it can also be taken in the morning or during the day to deal with generalized anxiety if that condition applies to you. Start at night before bed and see how it affects you.

Can I take this with kava kava?

Best Answer:  No.
Kava may have severe side effects and should not be used by everyone. Kava has caused liver failure in previously healthy people. You should not use kava for longer than 3 months without consulting your doctor.
It's not that you can't as much as why would you want to?
Get off the Kava and try relora.
