Perfect Immune Booster
I have used Pycnogenol for many years now. Both a medical doctor and even a veterinarian recommended this supplement to me. It is classified as a super antioxidant, good for vein health, maintaining good blood pressure and overall, an immune system booster. My family has also had pets recovering from various surgeries over the years, and Pycnogenol has helped with their recovery process, by maintaining their energy level, and appetite.

Pycnogenol for HOT Flashes
I just started getting hot flashes about 2 months ago 20 times a day and night. I saw an article that said pycnogenol was helpful, not wanting to take hormones, I decided to give it a try. I figured with the other added benefits of this supplement it could't hurt. Helpful??? For me it was a complete MIRACLE!!! The article said 3-4 weeks for results, but mine were gone the next day. If I miss a pill, they come back, but I take one 100mg in the evening with dinner and they are gone. I use Solgar Pycnogenol 100mg. They are not the cheapest, but they are worth every penny to me.

Expensive but Effective!
I took this for a year and then stopped due to the cost. Mistake!! Within a short time my arthritis inflammation in hands, neck, groin etc. was painfully back. I started taking daily again, and my pain is back under control. Also started taking Glucosamine which I feel has contributed to my being better.
