Works for me!
I can tell you I'm on my 3rd bottle. It has help me with my hair growth. My energy level is great. I don't recommend taking it on empty stomach. I take it after meals and it works better for me. I don't recommend taking it with other vitamins because it makes you feel sick. Taking it alone helped. I am happy with this!!
