Directions

As a dietary supplement, mix one (1) scoop with 10-12 ounces of cold water (or any beverage of your choice) 30 minutes following workout. On non-workout days, take one (1) scoop in the morning for recovery. This product can be taken without food.

Would not recommend

Tastes great, works well, but gave me the WORST body odor ever! I couldn't figure out what it was for a while and then finally put it together, and as soon as I stopped, the smell instantly went away! Definitely would not recommend for that reason- there are plenty of of other creatine supplements out there.

Absolutely Works!

Give it a try, it absolutely works. I took it as suggested, everyday post workout and on off days. Very noticeably less sore the next day after heavy lifting and more energy while lifting. I even noticed less inflammation in prior injuries. I didn't change any other variables in my life like sleep or diet. I just added the creatine/hmb to my daily habits. After finishing the first tub I stopped taking it to see if maybe it was placebo effect. I recover much worse and feel less explosive in the gym without this product. It does smell like BO. I'm guessing that's the HMB? small price to pay for such great results.

Why's it stinky? :(

This is my first time trying a transparent labs product and likely to be my last. This stuff reeks of BO!
I've tried other brands of creatine before and drink creatine just about everyday. Never in my life would I have thought this product smelled so bad.
Immediately after opening the container the smell is off.
I poured one scoop in my bottle an immediately the smell of dirty men hit me. I drank it all rinsed out my bottle multiple times and 24 hours later my bottle still smells like sweaty dudes.
There's a million ways to get creatine in and this right here, is not it.
Unless you want to drink what dudes smell like.
