      Directions

      Take one pack every day for 21 consecutive days. On training days, take a pack 45 minutes prior to exercise. On non-training days, take a pack in the morning or early afternoon. Cycle products for maximum results: three weeks on, one week off. Repeat as desired. Combine with Animal Pak or Pump for superior results.

      Best stack for the average Joe?
      M-Stak has been a regular part of my on-season routine for years. I love the energy it affords me for reaching the overall intensity that I seek in my workouts. I still do all the hard work but it supports everything I do to achieve the best results possible. I swear by proper food and nutrition , rest, hydration and M-Stak to round it out!

      Love some M Stak
      I spent 10 years powerlifting before the pandemic shut gyms down and Animal was my go to brand. Along with Universal for their bulk bag Whey Pro. Stak and M-Stak was always in my rotation with one month off for both and took that time for de load and maintenance.

      Nessasary for a good Stack
      I used to cycle this when not on Stack, TNT or Test. I found it works better to use this at the same time to get more out of the other products.

      Best Answer:  It made me fat. I did not like the product. Its supposed to not contain pro-hormones, but based on how i felt on it and after i stopped taking it, i would think there is something else in it like prohormones. I wont but this product again. I did not see any gains. All that happened was i put on body fat.

      Best Answer:  From my personal experiences no there are no long term side effects to m stak I have seen massive gains in the 21 days worth of supplemental intake. I would recommend this to anyone try to bulk up. It is a very good supplement I have used multiple times.
