At the ripe age of 23, I could feel something was off. Low energy, mood swings, slightly on edge at all times. I've been taking RUT for almost two months now and I can 100% tell a huge difference. Energy is better, I'm calmer and it's helped my acne as well. For anyone reading this, give it a try for about 2-3 weeks and you will notice a difference. Worst case, you upped your daily vitamin intake for a couple weeks. Highly recommend!!

I read that too that’s why I asked the question. When it says “with this product” does it mean not to take it together at the sametime or not consume caffeine at any point while taking this product? There’s a lot of similar products and none of them say anything about not taking caffeine with it or anything so I was curious if anyone can clarify for sure. Thanks!
