Easy to take without side effects
I take this for my high LDH. The capsules are normal side without bad taste. It does not give me any abdominal side effects like some other brands.

This works!

Red Yeast Rice - A Poor Investment!
Read too many articles about how great Red Yeast Rice was for you heart and that the good stuff had been outlawed. So then why take it! Waste of money!
