This has really worked for me. I can't remember how soon it started working,as I started taking it a couple of years ago, but it is a healing thing, so it may take longer or shorter time for different people. I also take Respiral with this every day.

I sometimes get bronchitis and I start taking it immediately at first signs of lung issues. It seems to start working immediately. With this herb, I don't necessarily get a feeling that my lungs clear up right away. More-I get mucous clearing as you seem to be getting.

Are you into natural foods and other natural cures? Consider looking into foods you should avoid eating, to help rid the problem. There are also blends of herbs at the Vitamin Shoppe, they'll have names like "Lung Factors." These are nutrients for your lungs to help repair the cells and tissue.
Try eliminating problem foods- most likely wheat, and dairy, and look into yeast issues- go find Dr. Crook's book Yeast Connection- inside there's a self questionnaire- if you answer yes to many questions you have yeast. Yeast will effect every organ of your body- especially your lungs. Look for a natural ACAM doctor in your area.
By getting to the root of the problem you might be able to turn your COPD around.

  I have severe asthma and I have been taking clear lungs for about 10 months now. I found it to work pretty well. I started seeing improvement in my daily peak flow numbers within a week (it improved my peak flow numbers by 10-20pts). And if I don't take I see a decrease in my peak flow within a couple of days.

  I use this product or even more effective the extra strength dark green label of this product as part of my overall treatment for COPD and I think it helps. I also use a nebulizer with saline or a medication prescribed by the Dr. to help raise mucous. I think it is a good product.

  Hi, I also suffer from high blood pressure which I developed during my last pregnancy, but I don't take any medication. I didn't notice any complication with high blood pressure. My mom has diabetes. She uses insulin, metformin, and omeprazol. Clearlungs cured a long lasting flu and short of breath she had. Because she took doctors medicine for a look ng time without result, she was exceptical, but she gave clear lungs a chance and she got healthy. I told her to take 3 pills every six hours the first day, but let me tell you that I take 4 every four. This has been working for us, but everybody is different. I hope I work for you as it did for us.

  We don't take bp meds, but I would check with the Walgreens pharmacist - he and she have helped by looking at the ingredients of vitamins b/f we buy....and have given the "all clear" on other items, and said "no, don't take" on another.

  This did not seem to cause any elevation in my blood pressure. Having said that different people react differently to certain medications.

  I have not used this product for a dry cough. I use it at the first sign of any nasal or chest congestion, and it works great, have not experienced any side effects, and have used the product off and on for years. I would rate Clear Lungs a 10, this product delivers. A dry cough could be post nasal drip in the back of your throat and Clear Lungs may help. I hope my review helps you.

  No, the Clear does not increase your heart rate. What it does is mends your lungs. I have been taking clear lung for 10 years now and every time I see my herbalist she states that my lungs are very healthy. When I go and see a doctor they can not believe how well I breath for my age.

  I tried Clearlungs as a recommendation from someone who has COPD and she felt it helped her a lot. She was taking the blue label Clearlungs which is a higher strength.
I did not notice much difference myself but I am having more problems with allergies than my COPD.

  I am not a Doctor so I can only answer from experience. If you are a smoker-- it seems to help, if you do not smoke it is in my opinion-- like having an oxygen mask on, breathing is deep and pure. I personally love the product!

  If you maintain fluid in your lungs it definitely works.
If you have a nasal problem, I highly recommend salt therapy.

Fortunately, I have never had pneumonia so I have not used RidgeCrest Clear Lungs for that purpose nor have I given it to a toddler.

I would not consider treating pneumonia with it, that's something I would see a doctor about.

And I definitely would not give it to a toddler or young child because of the mix of ingredients. It's okay for me as an adult, but who knows what effect any of those ingredients might have on a toddler.

  Hi- Yes, I have treated my pneumonia with this. I also use Clear Lungs when I get a cold, upper respiratory infection, any bronchial issue, allergies, or similar symptoms. I use other supplements in addition.

I have not used this for toddlers.

  i don't know if anyone treated pneumonia with this or if you can give this to a toddler, but, it is all natural in the truest sense but all of the reviews were great, it really works, especially when you follow the dosage.
