Worth it!
This is an excellent product. We have tried other brands and they are just not as effective! It may be little more expensive than some brands, but you get what you pay for!

Same 200 Mg S-Adenosyl-L-Methionine
great product!! I started taking this a couple of years ago and withing 10 days my knee felt significantly better. Now 2 years later and my knee feels better then it has in 30 years. I snow ski and all last season - no pain. My knee feels great every day!!!!!

Best Answer:  We have the 400mg tablets and both are solid oval pills so they could be cut, but they are dense and hard without any score line, so it may not be easy.

Just started using SAMe. Not sure if its a side effect or unrelated but, my gums are sore. Began almost immediately after first dose. Anyone else get this effect?

Best Answer:  Sorry about your gum issue. We didn't have that experience but since my husband has been taking it for the past year and a half, he has not had any recurrence of kidney stones or gout. Wishing you good luck with this treatment,

Does this product have Mannitol? I heard Mannitol can make the product hurt the stomach

Best Answer:  I have a tricky stomach and have not experienced trouble from using this product. These are the listed ingredients:

How big are these tablets, please? Are they hard to swallow?

Best Answer:  They are round yellow and 3/8 an inch diameter. Easy to swallow, I can’t even feel them going down with water.
