Comments about Vitamin Shoppe Trace Mineral Liquid - 8 Fluid Ounces Liquid:

I started to get white eyelashes and eyebrows-I did my research and found that the cause is mineral deficiencies as well as premature white (not gray) hair which I have had since I was 16. I started taking these drops by adding them to something like peach tea in a bottle and drank from it throughout my day. Within the second day, I noticed that I had more energy and felt like I haven't in years. It is salty but that is why I recommend that you put in something to mask the taste. It makes sweet tea taste like gatorade.
I have had no bad side effects- matter of fact, my kidneys are working better than ever. I highly recommend. I am going to keep taking to see if I see any other kind of results.

Comments about Vitamin Shoppe Trace Mineral Liquid - 8 Fluid Ounces Liquid:

With the soils being depleted of minerals & nutrients, this leads to our food being depleted as well. We began using this a few years ago shortly after switching to a real/whole/traditional foods way of life. My youngest son also has migraines. We've figured this is due to a magnesium deficiency. Since he has always been a picky eater, this was an excellent source of magnesium. As long as he keeps up with it refularly, it helps tremendously.

Comments about Vitamin Shoppe Trace Mineral Liquid - 8 Fluid Ounces Liquid:

This supplement is crucial and basic. Before any vitamin. The vitaminshoppe product has perfomed miracles with me. My hair was mostly white, not grey. Now it is mostly black. This is the obvious visual benefit (oh yes, I have a full head of hair - no bald spots). There are many others. I am now 64 years old. What does that tell?
Of course there are many other things like energy to fell trees, slash, cut and load logs.
I could go on with tales of my pre diabetic wife, mother 86 years old. We all would not do without these minerals. I do not take all the recommended dose at once, rather place the number of drops I want in a 24 hour period in a water bottle and sip or gulp a small amount over the 24 hour period.

I'm a massage therapist and was very dehydrated after a long bout of the stomach flu. Mixing these minerals into my diet really helped immediately with the cramping and general awful tiredness I experienced with all the vomiting. I also have a reverse osmosis water filter and have since started using these minerals to supplement my water - delicious, and if you get the buy one get one 1/2 off vitamin shoppe sale, you pretty much have over a year's supply.

It is good news that it has worked so well for these two people but I would like to know what makes this product so easily absorbed? What is this statement based on? Is it a colloidal substance? Is the fact it is in liquid mean its colloidal.

robert m: Hi pretty Pony, my wife and I started with ( ConcenTrace ) mineral drops abuot
12 years ago, when we moved to a mobile home community. The park has it's own
wells and treat the water, but we distill the water in a " Water Wise" counter top
model ( makes 3 Quarts a batch ). Distilling purifies the water but takes some of
the minerals out in the process, and that leaves it tasting a little flat. The mineral
drops puts the minerals back in and it tastes great! " for water. We make the ice cubes with it also. Maybe 2 years ago I seen the the Trace Mineral Liquid in their store. It states " from ConcenTrace " on the front of the bottle and we have been using it since. We make a batch of water ( 3 qts ) almost every night, 15 drops a batch, the bottle lasts about 10 months or so and we drink about 3 16oz glasses or more a day. I hope this helps you out. The best thing you can drink is good tasting clean water! Oh yea it's odorless and in the distilled water, all you taste is good tasting water. I learned about this in a health news letter by Dr. David Williams I subscribe to and you can even buy the water wise
distiller from them too, check it out on line.

I hope this helps you out,

              Bob

Suzanne H: Of course, it depends on the ratio of the mineral liquid to water. (You can't taste it "straight," because it is too strong--it burns. It's meant to be highly diluted.) I use one teaspoonful to a gallon of water, and there is no detectable taste or odor. The water just has a kind of life and depth that normal tap water lacks. I'm guessing that if I doubled that amount of the mineral liquid, there would still be no taste or odor. Feb 2, 2013

David S: Trace Minerals Research who makes "ConceTrace" is reported to be a fruad by John Heinerman. Please watch his youtube video Trace minerals truth revealed part 1 and Trace minerals truth revealed part 2. I stopped using the product after watching the videos. I don't think that Vitamin Shoppe has seen these video's. Feb 1, 2013

Dan P: Yes, it does have a very salty taste to it. I recommended it to two adults and they didn't like the taste. It took me a long time to get used to it but if you dilute it in water it's not so bad. I just drink more water right after I take it. I've used it for 5+ years now. Feb 1, 2013
