A 2:1:1 BCAA ratio indicates that a supplement has 2 parts leucine for every part isoleucine and valine. This ratio has been shown to support muscle protein synthesis, increase energy, and reduce exercise fatigue.

Directions

Impossible to Take Due to the Taste

I really wanted to like this product, but unfortunately, the taste is absolutely terrible.
I managed to take it for some days, but after that, just the act of mixing it would make my throat tighten in rejection. Swallowing it became almost impossible...it's genuinely awful.

I'm disappointed. It doesn't matter how high the quality might be if I simply can't ingest it. A product like this should at least be tolerable in taste.

This is IT!

First and foremost do yourself a favor and buy the unflavored version. For me the flavored one gave me the most painful and long lasting (3 days) headache I have had in my entire life, I was moaning in pain :'( .
Now when I got the unflavored version that the store kindly exchange, my mood, strength and workout skyrocketed wow! I don't need coffee to get the workout done beginning to end (45 minutes) my body composition is consistently getting better and better as my fat % is getting closer to my goals and my lean muscle mass is just on point, no soreness the next day, if I get soreness is really mild.
As for the reviews that say this supplement has a bad taste an odor the only thing I can say is that smells very mildly like vitamin C and has no taste whatsoever. Bcaas unflavored does the trick for me, hope it works for you.

AWFUL TASTE

This tastes awful! I've tried mixing it with juice, water, protein powder, electrolytes, etc. Nothing can mask the nasty taste. It also clumps together and doesn't mix into the liquid. End up having to spoon it out in chunks. I'd recommend buying a capsule BCAA instead. Can't tell if it's making a difference muscle wise, so rating 3 stars to give benefit of the doubt.

Awesome Product

I can feel a huge difference since I have started using it. For those complaining about the taste, try mixing a few small pieces of frozen bananas and/or a clementine. My recovery has been phenomenal with this especially for my age. I am grateful to finally have some definition. I am very glad I found this without sucralose. __/\__

great for recovery

This combination has really helped me after hi intensity circuit weight lifting with power lifting elements, running and interestingly enough when i have a 12+ hour physical workday in 39+ celsuis weather (100 F PLUS!) it helps me to recover faster in addition to water, etc.

every GC, landscaper or roofer should incorporate this into their regimin.

What did you expect? Ice cream and coke?!

People, please, enough with bad taste thing! This is a Bcaa, not protein. Your body registers it as split protein..yep, as in decomposed stuff. It's supposed to taste bad. The worse it tastes, the more it clumps the better it is. It's hydrophobic by nature. I'm sure someone will advise to mix it with juice or soda.

I have been trying to get the answer to the following question by phone calls to custom service. I got called back several times; but each time the caller said he needed more time to dig out the information. Why is it so hard to get this simple answer? Best Answer: I'm not an expert but you get both bcaa and glutamine from protein you can add it in the morning for daily use or depending if you use protein everyday or not. If not you can take it on your off day. But that's just my opinion on it. Hope it helps.
