If there is one supplement that has stood the test of time and proven itself as essential to athletes, it is protein. And Whey Protein is certainly one of the best with its high bio-availability. Optimum Nutrition hit this one dead on too! It is an incredible value, mixes well and tastes great! They have quite an offering of flavors too for different tastes. Personally, I am a big vanilla fan and love this formula! I would definitely recommend this to anyone who is serious about their sports, especially weight-training.

I've been using this product for 8-9 years. After taking a hard look at the daily make up of what I ate, I realized that my protein intake wasn't where it should be. That's when I first started using this product. When I'm not traveling, I make a breakfast smoothie every morning with 2 scoops of protein and other things so that I make sure I'm getting a good balance of protein intake throughout the day. This product mixes very well (no lumping) and tastes fantastic. I've tried other whey proteins, but I kept coming back to this one. I also mix a scoop of it with my pre-workout drink.

I am in the first week of the Insanity Circuit and was starting to get really sore. After starting to take a recovery protein shake after my workout, I feel great. This stuff mixes great in a smoothie and tastes amazing. My muscles don't hurt as much and I have a boost of energy that lasts throughout the day. I use almond milk, frozen fruit, and an orange Emergency to add some Vitamine C. Taste just like an orange julious!

One of the best proteins i have ever had. You get 1 and half months worth for 40 dollars. Gnc sells the same product for 65 dollars and that is just too much. Lets break it down, you have to pay 25 dollars for two pounds but you are able to get this 5 pounder for 40. It is also very easy to mix and hits the spot. Its 100 percent whey so there are no added things to it like other proteins. I would recommend it and double it up with Casein.

Iv'e tried about a half dozen different proteins and this one is by far the best i've had. No stomach aches or nausiousness. Easy to digest. And it doesnt make you fat! Only drawback is that its alittle more pricey than similar brands. If you dont want to spend as much go for the vitamin shoppe brand whey pro 24.
