No , would not recommend this product to a friend
Have only been taking these for 2 months along with probiotics.I noticed a change in my sexual drive about a month ago. So I assumed maybe i was just tired until I read the supplement fact stating that the product had Soy Fiber. Soy is one of the top supplement that can cause erectile problems So I stopped taking this product . I've given the product two stars because I've missed two months of good sex.

I have been using this for several months. It does exactly what I need it to. It keeps me regular with no constipation or irritable bowel symptoms. I have recommended it and will continue to use it.

Did not work
I took this stuff back because it made my stomach more upset and didn't help with constipation at all. Something I have noticed to help out with constipation is drinking a cup of coffee everyday with no sugar and no cream.

Maybe it's just me...
Have only been taking these for @ a week but I have never been so constipated in my life....Very weird. I've been on a protein diet for some time and was having occasional regularity issues. So I began taking this product and the opposite effect of my intentions has occurred. Perhaps I'm allergic to one of the ingredients. I'll stay on them for a while longer to give it some time but I dunno. In an effort to be fair, I've given the product three stars but I may have to discontinue their use.

Okay, kinda hard to understand the label - with the single dose of three capsules, just HOW MUCH dietary fiber is in that dose in mg?

Best Answer:  If you read the label, it will tell you that 3 capsules contain only 1 gram (1,000mg) of fiber! In other words, you'd have to 75 capsules to get up to the recommended amount of fiber for an adult, which is about 30 grams. (According to their label, 3 capsules represents 4% of the recommended intake, but this only adds up to 25 grams. You can read for yourself what they recommend, but usually it's about 30.) Now obviously they assume you will be eating food with fiber as well, so this doesn't have to contain ALL your fiber. But even if you wanted to get a third of the fiber you're supposed to get every day, You are going to take 30 pills a day, which means this is going to last only 10 days. Or $3 per day, or $1,000 per year for this supplement! Not too good.....
