    I like that the dosage allows me to take 2-3 pills per day to get the highest DHA and EPA in the least amount of pills.

I can definitely attest to the maintenance efficacy of Omega 3 as if I go off for about 3-6 weeks, my joint pain truly intensifies. This works, not sure if the brand makes a difference though. I purchase this particular brand because of the points incentive from Vitamin Shoppe.
