You can mix up a combination of tart cherry juice, magnesium powder and probiotic soda or sparkling water. Drink before bedtime and it can help you have a better night's sleep.

What are the Benefits of Key Ingredients?

Tart Cherry Juice: Contains melatonin, the hormone responsible for promoting a normal sleep/wake cycle. Additionally, other nutrients in tart cherry juice, such as tryptophan and polyphenol antioxidants, also have a role in supporting sleep.

Magnesium Powder: Promotes relaxation and aids in regulating melatonin, which is a hormone that helps regulate the sleep-wake phase. Maintaining your magnesium levels helps reduce stress by regulating the stress hormone, cortisol, which can make it easier to fall asleep.
