Great energy boost
I've reached a point in my life where I can't make it through the day without an additional boost. Sometimes I drink coffee or tea, but when I'm not in the mood for that or don't have time, this is the perfect substitute. I use these as a "pre-workout" without the fluff and sugar/sugar substitute in most powders. I work out early in the morning and have these on my bed side table. When my alarm goes off, I slam one of these with a bunch of water (water bottle also is bed-side), hit snooze and by the time the alarm goes off again, I am already feeling more energized. Caffeine boost
After reading the reviews I still decided to try it. I can understand how for some people it did not work. For me it worked well, but to be fair I don?t drink coffee or normally have caffeine. Because of the pandemic and being home all the time I needed to snap out of it so I?m taking this temporarily for a boost. I take one once in a while and so far every time it makes me a little jittery but lasts me the whole day! Everyone is different but I hope this helps.

Great boost! Made from coffee beans, and not processed anhydrous caffeine. I take caffeine pills regularly and these are equal to the others. But I prefer these because it is naturally derived caffeine. And they are much more affordable than most others as well. I'll continue to buy them.

If you would like to use your imagination as an energy source these pills are for you! I’ve had successful caffeine pills (Prolab).Strategies used:I’ve taken them empty stomach.I’ve taken them several times throughout the day.I’ve even dropped one in a cup of tea to see if it would dissolve and 10 hours later ... I broke it up with a straw but didn’t really dissolve.
