      There are so many great things about Vit C. Last week I started getting sick and by the next day I had symptoms very similar to the flu. I was miserable, and with 5 kids and a farm, there is no time for mom to be sick! So, the next day I thought I should try taking some vitamins before I broke down and went to the doctor. I took 2000 mg of Vit C with rose hips at breakfast with a dropper of liquid Echinecea in a little bit of water. I started feeling better within an hour. So, I did this…
