Saved me!!
I'm a woman in my 40s who has had symptoms of estrogen dominance since puberty. I wasn't sure what could be done about it. After researching tirelessly I finally stumbled across this supplement and I'm very thankful I did. This has been a lifesaver!!! It works at the best price.
Proof is in the lab results. DIM helps to rid the body of harmful (some carcinogenic) estrogens and other hormones. Many of the pre- and post menopausal symptoms (hot flashes) are a result of these excess hormones and their trapped metabolites. DIM supports your body's detoxification (phases I, II) pathways. I've used different brands. Vit Shoppe brand, 200mg daily has helped me detoxify at the best price. The lab reports show great improvement in these metrics - all other things remained about the same. Eating well and exercising will always improve your health, too.

Works great!
This product works great in processing excess estrogen out of my system. I have used this for years and at times when I have run out and not replaced it for awhile, I notice the difference. It definitely does what it is supposed to do! I would recommend this product.

Best Answer:  My PA and Gynecologist recommended that I take it for metabolizing Estrogen, , due to the fact that I get bioidentical hormone pellets. If a man had too much Estrogen, I guess it would be recommended.
