A MUST HAVE!!
This is a total game changer for me! I have no more hot flashes and my mood swings have disappeared! Taking this supplement as i go through menopause is like not going through menopause at all!! I wish i had found this much sooner! I just feel overall sooo good!!

Totally for me!!
I cant speak for everyone, but for me, I've been taking this for about 3mo now and within 3 weeks, all my hot flashes and mood swings completely went away! This is a God send for me!! I cannot encourage you enough to at least give it a try!!

The relief I never knew I needed
I bought this product two months ago, and even after a few days of use, I felt the stress relief benefits and truly do believe this is helping to balance my hormones! The capsules are very easy to swallow and have caused no digestive upset, and I even can take them on an empty stomach. Shatavari has so many incredible uses for women's health - just look it up.

Need better capsules
Works well but I had multiple faulty capsules. The capsules were still closed but the product definitely had leaked as I had a pile of the product in the bottom of my jar.
